   Our Values

The Job Foundation is grounded in Christian faith. However, our services are not limited to those who agree with our faith, nor does the Job Foundation directly seek to gain converts to Christianity or any other religion. Rather, The Job Foundation's endeavor is to offer hope and assistance to those in need. With their basic necessities being met, we hope our target population will begin to thirst for God. When and if they do, we reserve the right to share our faith with them. Additionally, the Job Foundation operates with the following values:

Expectation Of Effort We expect and require those persons who receive our assistance to participate in the improvement of their lives. For example, the children who receive monetary rewards are required to meet set criteria for academic achievement.

Importance Of Sound Financial Decisions The Job Foundation believes everyone needs to make sound financial decisions; this is especially true for those enduring hardship. For this reason, any person receiving monetary assistance (such as the children at school) is required to save a set percentage of what we give them. They are also required to receive financial education from either the Foundation or another specified organization.
