While The Job Foundation is not a religious organization, we do what we do out of love for God and people. Mr. Brost is an ordained Christian minister. Mrs. Brost has a B.A. in Community Health Promotion and is currently working on her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Iowa . Many of our board members, volunteers, and donors are persons of faith. All of these factors contribute to the impetus for each program, board member, and volunteer to carry out our mission with deep respect and consideration for the long-term well-being of our participants.
